Equipment Overview
Designed for manufacturing coils in medium-large distribution transformers, instrument transformers, and reactors. Achieves compact coil production through high-precision winding processes, significantly reducing material costs and energy losses while improving production efficiency.
Main Winding Device
The winding machine is positioned at the front-left of the equipment, utilizing output torque via the winding shaft for coil formation. Designed with mechanical strength and torque capacity as core parameters, specifications are based on Max. material dimensions and process tension limits. The chassis features a welded thick steel plate structure with stress-relief annealing treatment and precision machining. The transmission system incorporates high-power motors and gearboxes equipped with large-module helical gears featuring hardened tooth surfaces and ground profiles, ensuring high torque output, smooth operation, and ultra-low noise. Variable frequency speed regulation enables Max. torque at low speeds and optimal RPM at high speeds, covering diverse winding requirements. The spindle integrates intelligent start-stop acceleration slope control and braking functions to enhance operational precision and safety.
Wire Shaft Tailstock
The tailstock housing is formed via bent steel plate welding and precision machining, maintaining consistent center height and parallelism with the main winding unit. Its telescopic mechanism offers extended travel range to accommodate extreme mold dimensions. Equipped with an adjustable winding shaft bracket, it adapts to various shaft diameters, improving alignment accuracy and anti-drop performance during large mold handling for enhanced operational safety.
Mounting Base
Constructed as a reinforced framework of thickened profiles and steel plates, assembled modularly after precision machining. High-precision flatness control ensures deformation resistance, with bolt-fixed stabilization post-calibration to guarantee coil end-face consistency. Critical joints undergo synchronized machining to strengthen overall rigidity, effectively bearing complex mechanical loads and gravity distribution.
Electrical Control Method
Features an intelligent touchscreen operating system supporting batch production and customized processes. The main console integrates emergency stop buttons and multi-functional terminals for centralized control and rapid anomaly response. A logic interlock design triggers immediate safety shutdowns during emergencies, with all commands executed through unified system scheduling.
